Why is fitness important?

It keeps you so energised , keeps disease free, happy from within and so much more. The benefits outweigh the one hour sweat you give.

I know , I know.

It’s been too hectic of a few months, with all things happening at a fast pace and all at once.

Has anyone been tricked into having sex with a shemale? How was the experience?

I’m back after a long hiatus.

As I mentioned. I have been really busy since months , I couldn’t follow my diet or exercise regime in a consistent manner which I like but still my body respected it and it still is the same with no side effects of sleepless nights, workload and personal obligations.

That’s what fitness does to you!

Why do US military soldiers/officers have a chest full of medal ribbons when they probably haven't been in a combat situation? Are the medals for attendance, good behaviour, or long service perhaps?

For overall well being of yourself - physically , mentally , spiritually.

But coming back to the question. I have always advocated to being active in any sphere - be it swimming , sports , yoga , gym or walk.
